Last Saturday on the 5th of January, we joined Alexander Lee Eusebio at Adventure Cove waterpark in Resorts World Sentosa for the Wok the World cooking competition!
Just few months back, applications were open for any aspiring chefs or basically anyone that has an interest in cooking to join the Wok the World cooking competition.
The finals were held and out of all the applicants, only 5 were chosen to compete last Saturday. Chefs Alvin Leung, Eric Chong and Li Kwok Kwong along with Korean star Alexander Lee Eusebio (also known as Xander) were there to give their feedbacks to the contestant and to choose the winner.
The event was open to the waterpark-goers. The public were even able to try the dishes that the contestants have cooked and also were able to see live cooking demonstrations by the chefs. Not to forget, fans of Xander were able to take pictures with him and also be up close to him as he was walking around the competition area and interacting with the contestants.
Whilst the contestants were cooking, we had a chance for a casual group interview with Xander himself and found out interesting facts about him like his food preferences!
