Actor Jang Ki-yong arrived in Taiwan at noon today, and held a press conference to chat with the local media ahead of his fan-meet, which is set to take place tomorrow (6 Jan) at the Taiwan Sanchuang CLAPPER STUDIO.

During the course of the press conference, the 26 year-old actor learned that his name translated to Mandarin surprisingly coincided with Taiwan’s place name Keelung and expressed his willingness to be the Keelung ambassador. Born as a model and standing at 187 cm tall, there is really no reason why he shouldn’t take on the role for an ambassador.

However, did you know that he used to be the actor of IU's MV, and he was called "the man of IU"? We bet you didn’t.

He concluded the press junket by saying that he is very happy to be in Taiwan for the first time and I look forward to meeting my fans tomorrow.
