On the 20th of November, Cube Entertainment announced that Elkie, from their group CLC, would be making her solo debut on the November 23. The vocalist of the group CLC releases her first solo ballad single titled, "I dream". Elkie has taken part in the composing of her solo song and wrote the lyrics for it.
The song talks about the dreams she has and the happiness that she has achieved with the hard work that she has to go through to achieve her dreams. The music video shows Elkie pondering around the streets as she works hard to find the happiness that she wants to achieve.
