HONG KONG - The annual CCB (Asia) Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival is a must-visit, and this year, it is running for the 10th year. This fall, the Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival enters its 10th edition by converting the Central Harbourfront into a global fine wine and food emporium.

Presented by the Hong Kong Tourism Board, the 2018 Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival will be held from 25 to 28 October (Thursday to Sunday). Calling all foodies! They will be extending the venue of the festival from Central Harbourfront Event Space to Tamar Park, and there will be about 450 booths serving fine wines and exquisite food for you to look forward to!

But here’s what went down at the festival this afternoon. Appointed as the 1st tourism envoy by the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) this year, Jackson returned to Hong Kong to guest for the festival. You bet, screams filled the venue of course.

He pre-warned fans who were there that he was tipsy, explaining that he was savouring the alcohol that was available at the festival. Of course, he cracked up the audience. After returning to his hometown, he also had curry fishballs, and pineapple buns, which all fall among the top list of Hong Kong delicacies.

If you’ve been following him closely, you’d know that he hosted “Go Fridge” which is aired on Zhejiang Television. They’ve brought his refrigerator to the event and that’s why the Hong Kong delicacies are stored inside.

With that, he invited 5 lucky fans up on stage to taste the pineapple buns. With a pre-condition. He first posed the fan a question, asking the fan when his birthday falls on, blood type etc, and when they got it correct, Jackson even went the extra mile for fan-service to feed it to them personally. What a sweetheart, right?

They say, how can we not talk about family when family's all that we got? Jackson also shared that both his parents are present for this event, but they did not volunteer for the fan-segments to go up on stage. Instead, Jackson asked a male fan to raise his hand to participate in the activities with him!

Jackson ended off by thanking fans, for their continuous support from the time when he started his career as a nobody till now where he is already one of the top names in the industry.

Head down to the Central Harbourfront Event Space from now till 28 Oct, because there are so much more delicacies awaiting you, and you just need to pay an entrance fee of HKD$30 to enter the event. Some highlights include the 10-Michelin-starred Dinner @ Tasting Room, International Street Eats and the Coffee Fiesta. What are you waiting for, head on down and see you there!

This event is brought to you by Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB).
