From innocent adolescents who debuted in 2007 with Into The New World, these refined ladies who have smashed multiple records are coming back to the scene with a fresh look. Classy indeed.

Even though members Tiffany, Sooyoung, and Seohyun opted to not renew their contracts with agency SM Entertainment some time back, Girls’ Generation is still widely considered as an 8-member group.

Their agency, SM Entertainment announced today (27 August) that the girls will finally be coming back with a new single Lil’ Touch. The new single album also features the side track, Fermata.

The teaser features members Taeyeon, Sunny, Hyoyeon, Yuri and YoonA donned in lavish gowns topped off with a sapphire background, in what seems to be like a posh hotel decorated with exorbitant chandeliers.

Taking a walk through memory lane, fans will find that “Oh” was one of the hits released by Girls’ Generation in 2010. With “Ayo, GG!” being the opening hook for I Got A Boy in 2012, might it be true that they are bringing that familiar hook back as their new sub-unit name?

The girls will be back very soon, so fans can definitely expect a change in concept after their last group promotion for Holiday Night in celebration for their 10 years since their debut.
